Hi, I'm Nikos.
I'll be the one handing you the keys.
I worked in a big (not to name it) rental company for years. Managed one of their branches. Knew the cars, the contracts, the complaints. And I knew there had to be a better way — one where the person handing you the keys actually cared whether you had a good holiday.
In 2001 I opened a small office in Larnaca. One man. A few cars. One phone number. That phone still rings to me. The cars are more. The family is bigger. But the way it works hasn't changed.
